I'll admit, I've been there. I used to be a slave to my phone. I'd wake up and reach for it, checking emails and social media before even getting out of bed. There have been times when I've found myself mindlessly scrolling through social media, neglecting real-life interactions and responsibilities. It was a vicious cycle that left me feeling drained and disconnected from the present moment. It's a slippery slope, and it's easy to get sucked into the digital world. I realized that I needed to take control of my screen time and prioritize real-life experiences.
